We use action based learning "so we have something to talk about"; our design will include experiential activities that will be done in conjunction with model and theory instruction and practice, group conversation; deep and thorough debriefing of the activities and engaging participants in relevant and meaningful exploration of the way they performed, including how it might be improved / leveraged and relevance to the workplace.

 

Our workshops and programs will contain a combination of:

  • Theory burst - Propose context, content, and provoke thinking.
  • Experiential Activity -These will help each participant experience the concept, create a powerful shared experience, as well as practice specific skills critical to embedding the learning.
  • Debrief - We believe the real learning comes from the participants. We facilitate their thinking around the content, experience and application back in their work place.
  • Planning - Participants are encouraged, right then and there, to plan how they will use the newly learned skill, back in the work place
