Pacific Adventure Learning in a strategic partnership with the University of British Columbia operate the UBC Leadership and Team Development Center; a state of the art, experiential training facility housed within the forest canopy.

 

We use this as our base camp to provide a wide range of leadership and team building initiatives.

Research shows we all learn best by doing. Experiential learning engages your body as well as your mind, so that you have a long-lasting, personal experience of a lesson learned.

 

After an activity, participants are guided through a reflective process so that abstract concepts and theory can be integrated with practical experience. These insights and experiences are then transformed into generalizations that can be applied to the real business world.
